We are proud to introduce our RVG Performance Catless Downpipes for the BMW N55 F10/F11/F07 535i/Xi F12/F13 640i E70/E71 X5 X6. RVG Performance catless downpipes offer the best balance of reliability, performance, and cost per horsepower available for your car.
Replacing the factory downpipes, including integrated restrictive catalytic converters with catless downpipes, results in a quicker spool, an improvement in horsepower, a deeper exhaust note. With a catless downpipe, the engine bay temperature will drop significantly, which results in better longevity for the turbos, valves seals, and all hoses and plastic.
We use a highly optimized design to ensure we offer better quality than our competitors, wider diameter, and smooth mandrel-bent design, which allows a more significant increase in airflow. Our downpipes are handcrafted from SS304 stainless steel and include a lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defects.
For best gains we recommend to be combined with Bootmod3:
Stage 1 91 octane: 24%HP / 38%TQ

Hands down, the sound is amazing. Noticiable power gains even without a tune, but I highly suggest a tune after install. The install was straight forward finished in about 2 hours (garage set up).
